Each soil source was collected from rhizosphere and bare soil. The quantity of bacteria and protozoa were carried out by plate count method and standard dilution method respectively. The result showed that, in each soil source, protozoa and bacteria from rhizosphere were highly significant difference from the bare soil. Each rhizosphere gave the different growth for protozoa. The Canna root stimulated amoeba growth better than flagellate and ciliate. The Avicennia and Casuarina root stimulated ciliate growth better than flagellate and amoeba. |
